The process starts with using the client’s paper tool.  Through a series of conference calls, the ICE team learns and understands the needs of your project.  We will give our advice regarding the most reliable method of asking clinical abstraction questions.  We will create a tool specifications document and will then begin development of the abstraction tool.  Once finalized, the tool will be shared with our customers for feedback.
