Information Collection Enterprises LLC (ICE) is a health care information technology company ready to meet your clinical data needs. ICE LLC offers a variety of high quality, cost effective data collection and logistics support solutions. ICE LLC supports both private and public institutions for their health care data collection needs.
Our team is experienced working with private hospitals, military health organizations, and researchers to define, create, plan, implement and complete large scale data collection projects. Our team prides itself on superior customer service. It is our goal to keep you informed of project status, meet our deliverable schedules, and fulfill all contract expectations.
We work closely with our customers to carefully define and plan projects prior to execution, to include development of specific training requirements. ICE LLC expertly performs medical record data abstraction and medical record logistics management in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA) regulations through enforcement of strict policies and procedures surrounding Protected Health Information (PHI). Safeguarding patient data and data security is paramount to ICE LLC.

Our Story
History
ICE is a privately owned small business whose team is experienced in supporting federal and state medical data collection efforts, as well as university-based research studies.
ICE provides customers with technical, operational and quality assurance expertise while ensuring compliance with Federal regulations. ICE was incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania in February 2006 as a Limited Liability Corporation and is located in York, Pennsylvania. ICE has maintained an active registration in the U.S. federal government’s System for Award Management (SAM) since April, 2006.
